West Texas born and raised in 2015 Joseph Merrell moved to the New Mexico, Cloudcroft area in support of his family. With more than 10 years of retail experience and 5 years in the housing market, in both Texas and New Mexico. In 2018 Joseph received his license as an Associate broker in the state of New Mexico.

In January 2019 with the help of Qualifying brokers, mentors, and local area support Joseph helped launch the remote Otero county branch of One Stop Realty New Visions. His focus being, to provide excellent service in finding you and your family a home that meets your specific needs, and expectations.

Joseph lives in the Cloudcroft area and supports his mother and his community. With many hobbies' Joseph enjoys fishing and being outdoors as well he is an accomplished potter for more than 15 years. In his experience with work and life, Joseph has learned that life can always be made beautiful if you put in the effort.
